Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn products and any earrings or body jewelry. However, we may be able to offer exchange, store credit or refund on products that are defective or have been shipped in error. Defects or shipping errors must be reported to our return department within ten (10) days of purchase. If product has been determined to be defective or shipped in error, a refund or store credit will be offered in the amount of your original purchase. Shipping and handling charges may apply.
