    Requirements:

    **PLEASE NOTE** If you promote from Team Leader to Senior Team Leader during the month and you are at Level 2 then you will already be at Level 2 in Senior Team Leader position. If you promote from Team Leader to Senior Team Leader during the month and you are at Level 3 then you will already be at Level 3 in Senior Team Leader position. On the 1st of each month your PRV resets and so does your level.

     

    DIRECTOR
    Requirements:
    Future Director must send in an emailed application saying they are going to qualify to become a Director within the current or upcoming quarter
    Qualifying period is one of the 4 quarters of the year
    Minimum 10 active first line reps are required to be on team
    Minimum $7,500 PRV sales during one quarter
    Minimum $15,000 TRV sales (first and second line) during one quarter
    Future Director has up to the entire quarter to reach these goals, no matter what date the qualification started.
    **To maintain this position:
    Minimum 10 active first line reps on the team.
    Minimum $4,000 PRV sales for the quarter.
    Minimum $7,500 TRV sales (first and second line) for the quarter.

    7% commissions on first line sales
    4% commissions on second line sales

    Minimum 50 active first and second line reps are required to be on team
    Minimum $23,000 PRV sales during one quarter
    Minimum $90,000 TRV sales (first and second line) for the quarter.
    Future Elite Director has up to the entire quarter to reach these goals, no matter what date the qualification started.
    **To maintain this position:
    Minimum 50 active first, second and third line reps on the team.
    Minimum $12,000 PRV sales for the quarter.
    Minimum $45,000 TRV sales (first, second and third line) for the quarter.

    Benefits of becoming an Elite Director: Increased Commissions
    10% commissions on first line sales
    5% commissions on second line sales
    5% commissions on third line sales

    Qualifying period is one of the 4 quarters of the year
    Minimum 200 active first, second, and third line reps are required to be on team
    Minimum $23,000 PRV sales during one quarter
    Minimum $500,000 TRV sales (first, second and third line) for the quarter.
    Future Diamond Director has up to the entire quarter to reach these goals, no matter what date the qualification started.
    **To maintain this position:
    Minimum 200 active first second, and third line reps on the team.
    Minimum $12,000 PRV sales for the quarter.
    Minimum $250,000 TRV sales (first, second and third line) for the quarter.

    Benefits of becoming a Diamond Director: Increased Commissions
    15% commissions on first line sales
    10% commissions on second line sales
    5% commissions on third line sales
    Bonus: Plaque

    Example: 35% of $23,000(PRV) and 15% of $325,000(WV) per quarter = $56,800 = $126.22/hr

    (calculation based on 37.5 hours / week)


    *Reward Codes expire after 60 days of being issued.

    **Director Positions: If the rep does not maintain the position they will fall back one position and may apply for another qualification quarter at any time.
    The reward bonuses can only be rewarded once and cannot be awarded again after losing and regaining a position.

     

    PRV – Personal Retail Volume
    TRV – Team Retail Volume
    WV – Wholesale Volume (65% of the retail subtotal)
    Active – An active member is up-to-date with their back office fees.
    Quarter – Jan 1 to Mar 30, Apr 1 to Jun 30, Jul 1 to Sept 30, Oct 1 to Dec 31.
